This was a newsletter redesign project. The client
wanted to take their Publisher template up a notch to make it more professional looking. But at
the same time, they did not want a glossy or slick look. They wanted something unique, that no one else
would have on another real estate newsletter, but they wanted to maintain a more "down home" look. They wanted
clients to know that they were producing the newsletter themselves and wanted it to project a more intimate feel.
The new template features a custom hand drawn ink illustration featuring a bird's eye view of a suburban neighborhood.
The new template was created in Microsoft Publisher. The hand drawn ink illustration was scanned and
then shaded in Adobe Photoshop.
Work was performed as a contract designer with Franklin Computer Services.
